Before any work begins, our specialists assess the chassis to determine its condition and suitability for preparation. The vehicle you bring to our facility must be free of dents and structural damage, as we are responsible for the safety and integrity of the build.

Preparation Stages

01
Metal Removal & Trimming
Metal removal and trimming. We strip all unnecessary factory elements and panels (roof, rear fenders, bumper sections, glass, and unused hardware) that reduce vehicle weight by 40–50 kg.

Seam Welding
The chassis is cleaned of factory sealer and all seams are fully welded for rigidity and torsional resistance.
03
Firewall & Roll Cage
A steel firewall pattern is fitted and the flange position is set for correct cage alignment. The roll cage is manufactured to FIA standards using seamless steel 50×2 mm and 40×2 mm tubing, weighing 54 kg.
Firewall installation is optional and available as a FRESH X add-on, or can be supplied and installed by the owner

Bash Bar & Fuel Tank Partition
Bash bar flange fabrication and sport fuel tank partition installation.

Sandblasting
The entire chassis is stripped of existing paint and all unnecessary factory openings (drainage, AC, condenser) are sealed for safety.

Paint
The client selects any color, and the full chassis, including the roll cage and flanges, is painted in the chosen shade.
