The F90000285, also known as the Hellcat 525LPH, is the highest flowing in-tank brushed fuel pump available today. Built for extreme performance, it supports engines making over 900 HP (naturally aspirated) or 700+ HP with boost, while maintaining reliability on both gasoline and E85.
Featuring advanced DCSS 39/50 dual-channel turbine technology, it uses a single impeller with two parallel rows of blades to deliver 470 LPH at 40 PSI (13.5V). This design improves hot fuel handling, reduces noise, and increases efficiency by 20% over traditional fuel pumps.
With a built-in check valve to prevent pressure bleed-down and long cranking at startup, this pump is optimized for high-pressure systems and supports supercharger or turbo applications. It has a flush-mount-compatible body and works with most hangers when installed with the 400-1168 kit.
