The idea
The S58B30A is one of the most advanced inline-six engines ever made — and we wanted to find out if it could deliver serious drift power with zero internal modifications. The answer is yes. At 800 whp on a stock bottom end, this engine does what others need a full rebuild to achieve. That means fewer parts, fewer failure points, and more time on track.
The build
To run the S58 in our FXZ34 chassis, we developed a custom dry sump system from scratch — validated through a full 2025–2026 MENA race season. Power comes from a Precision PT6870 Gen 2 turbo, managed by a MoTeC M1 ECU with direct injection support and a custom calibration built specifically for this platform.
Drivetrain
Every component from the flywheel to the rear axles is rated for 1,250+ Nm — OS Giken, Samsonas, Tilton, DSS, Diversified Machines. This is not a setup you grow out of. With proper scheduled maintenance, it simply works.
Chassis and safety
FIA-spec 8-point welded roll cage, full DC1 safety compliance. Suspension and braking are tuned so the car goes where you point it — not where it wants to go.
Built to be serviced
Every bolt, fitting, and connection is designed for fast access and field repair. This is a race car, and race cars need to be fixed trackside. We build with that in mind from day one.
