The kit includes 30 components, and you can fully customize the material of each one choosing between carbon, kevlar, or FRP. Regardless of the material, the visual design remains the same. Below are the top recommended FRESH X configurations:

INSTALLATION & FITMENT

The kit fits both 370Z and 400Z chassis with required body modifications. It reduces weight without compromising structural rigidity and ensures a precise fit for every component. The body kit comes installation ready and is fully prepped for racing livery wrap once mounted

COMPATIBILITY WITH Z34 / RZ34 CHASSIS VERSIONS

400Z: STREET, SHOWCAR, SPORT / RACING 370Z: SPORT / RACING

PRODUCTION PROCCESS

3D SCANNINGS OF CHASSIS

The process starts with detailed 3D scanning of Nissan Z. This allows us to obtain precise digital data, which serves as the foundation for further modeling. We capture all curves and mounting points to ensure the body kit fits perfectly without guesswork.

3D MODELING

Before moving to digital modeling, we create sketch designs on paper, then transfer them into 3D graphics. At this stage, we consider aerodynamics, aesthetics, and drift-specific requirements to adapt both for 370Z / 400Z.

This is how our body kit looked in the beginning and the final product in computer graphics:

CNC MILLING

Each part is precisely machined using CNC technology, creating smooth, accurate shapes that serve as the foundation for our molds. by the way, every part is bonded with resin, reinforced with screws, and then refined with putty and polished to ensure a perfect finish.

VACUUM INFUSION

Actually, it’s the main and the most important step. We use vacuum infusion technology with consumables to evenly distribute the resin across the carbon-Kevlar layers, ensuring maximum strength and minimal weight. After full curing, the carbon-Kevlar parts are trimmed, sanded, and polished to achieve their final form

FAQ

How much does the body kit or its individual parts cost?

The cost depends on the configuration and the chosen material. You can purchase either the full kit or individual components. Exact prices are listed in the Catalog section, or you can contact us directly — we’ll help you find the best solution for your build.

What materials are available for the body kit? Can it be customized?

The body kit is available in the following materials:

  • Carbon fiber (lightweight and rigid)
  • Kevlar (impact-resistant)
  • Carbon-Kevlar (an optimal balance of strength and weight)
  • FRP (affordable and easy to repair)

We reinforce all composite materials (except FRP) with inside Kevlar layer to enhance durability and impact resistance.

Partial customization is available — you can choose the material, surface and kit parts quantity

How long does production take?

  • FRP — up to 3 weeks
  • Kevlar / Carbon — 3 to 5 weeks, depending on production load

Timelines may vary — please confirm at the time of ordering.

What is your payment system?

We require a 50% upfront payment. The remaining balance is paid before shipping.

Does the kit fit both the 370Z and 400Z?

Yes, but installing it on a 370Z requires purchasing several components from the 400Z, including:

  • front and rear headlights
  • door handles
  • rear center panel
  • molding from the trunk through the roof to the windshield pillar
  • some rear-end elements

Door hinges are identical.

We will also offer a complete kit that includes all the required components, making installation on the 370Z easier.

Is the kit compatible with convertibles or non-sport versions?

  • 370Z: compatible only with the sport and base coupe versions. The convertible is compatible only with front part due to differences in the rear-end geometry.
  • 400Z: compatible with both sport and street versions. As for the convertible, the rear part may require modifications, so only the front part of the kit (from the doors forward) can be used.

How much does the kit or individual parts weigh?

Carbon kit — up to 30% lighter than the FRP version.

The full kit weighs:

  • FRP — approx. 50 kg
  • Carbon — 31,5 kg

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the selected delivery service and your location. We’ll help you choose the best option based on cost and delivery speed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

Can I return the body kit if it doesn’t fit?

Our kits are made to order, so returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect. We strongly encourage you to consult with us before purchasing to ensure the kit is right for your vehicle.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have experience delivering to the USA, Europe, UAE, Asia, and more. We’ll help you find the best delivery option based on your budget and timeline.

Is professional installation required?

We highly recommend professional installation by a certified body shop with experience in widebody kits.

While the kit is designed for precision fitment, installation may require trimming, drilling, or bonding, depending on your vehicle and kit configuration.
