3D SCANNINGS OF CHASSIS
3D MODELING
Before moving to digital modeling, we create sketch designs on paper, then transfer them into 3D graphics. At this stage, we consider aerodynamics, aesthetics, and drift-specific requirements to adapt both for 370Z / 400Z.

CNC MILLING
Each part is precisely machined using CNC technology, creating smooth, accurate shapes that serve as the foundation for our molds. by the way, every part is bonded with resin, reinforced with screws, and then refined with putty and polished to ensure a perfect finish.
MOLD MANUFACTURING
Each of the 30 parts of the future body kit had a dedicated mold, which we use for serial production.
Once the molds are finalized, we begin laying up carbon-Kevlar and carbon fiber fabrics
by The Vacuum Infusion Process that utilizes vacuum pressure to draw resin into a laminate. Dry materials are placed in the mold, and a vacuum is applied before introducing the resin. Once full vacuum pressure is reached, the resin is pulled into the laminate through strategically placed tubing
Drifting puts extreme loads on body kit, so we use a hybrid material combination to achieve the perfect balance between stiffness, strength, and failure mode:

Kevlar is highly impact-resistant, it doesn’t crack, and absorbs shocks effectively

Carbon fiber is lightweight and stiff, but tends to crack upon impact, distributing energy efficiently.
By combining Kevlar and carbon we create body panels that are both strong and lightweight critical for high-performance drift cars
VACUUM INFUSION
Actually, it’s the main and the most important step. We use vacuum infusion technology with consumables to evenly distribute the resin across the carbon-Kevlar layers, ensuring maximum strength and minimal weight. After full curing, the carbon-Kevlar parts are trimmed, sanded, and polished to achieve their final form

We reinforce all composite materials (except FRP) with inside Kevlar layer to enhance durability and impact resistance.

Yes, but installing it on a 370Z requires purchasing several components from the 400Z, including:
- front and rear headlights
- door handles
- rear center panel
- molding from the trunk through the roof to the windshield pillar
- some rear-end elements
Door hinges are identical.
We will also offer a complete kit that includes all the required components, making installation on the 370Z easier.
Is the kit compatible with convertibles or non-sport versions?

- 370Z: compatible only with the sport and base coupe versions. The convertible is compatible only with front part due to differences in the rear-end geometry.
- 400Z: compatible with both sport and street versions. As for the convertible, the rear part may require modifications, so only the front part of the kit (from the doors forward) can be used.
